Seven Seasons Guidebook
In this little guide, I’ve added some suggestions to open doorways that help you clarify how to live your own style. I provide food for thought, activities and ways to go on both an internal and an external quest for deepening into being true to you.
Seven 52-day Seasons
I. Spring Forward: Period of Personal Opportunity is Days 1 – 52
II. Spring Sprouting: Short-Term Changes is Days 53 – 104
III. Summer Sun: Overcoming Energy is Days 105 – 156
IV. Summer Fun: Creative and Intuitive is Days 157 – 208
V. Autumn Harvest: Expansion and Success is Days 209 – 260
VI. Fall Fruits: Rest and Recreation is Days 261 – 312
VII. Winter Clearing: Elimination and Completion is Days 313 – 364
Each of these seasons affects us, our situations and relationships in our personal year. Our birthday is our own New Year’s Day!
I have been observing these dynamics in my life for decades. When I need to make decisions about getting something done, I notice that I’m in my 3rd season of Overcoming Energy. And, the seriousness of my 7th season is often stressful but also a great motivator to tie a ribbon on some things I may have been ignoring as I anticipate the freedom and optimism I feel following my birthday!

Is this all there is?
Please send me the women’s version
Would it be possible for me to receive both the men and women’s version? I’m finding a profound dynamic in integrating both aspects of myself at this time.
Hi, Jason,
Thank you for asking.
FYI the only difference between the men’s vs the women’s versions are the graphics!
I’ll email you the links.
Let me know what you think, please.
Best wishes,
Heather
