THREE REALMS OF AWARENESS: The Journey to an Integrated Mind
Awakening a forgotten birthright: the capacity to live simultaneously across the three realms of personal power. And, the bridge!
1. SENSORY: In the Material or Concrete Realm, individuals are often caught reacting to surfaces—events, crises, victories—without perceiving the energies shaping them.
THE BRIDGE: One pattern which moves us out of the physical realm into the heart is some sort of hardship or ordeal…a wake-up call.
2. SELF: In the Self-Aware or Meta-Cognitive Realm, they begin to witness themselves thinking, feeling, acting; they can pause and choose.
3. SYMBOLIC: But it is in the third Realm, Symbolic Sight or Story, where their perceptions transform into something visionary and enduring.
Symbolic Sight perceives not just what is happening but what is seeking to be born through what is happening.
SYMPHONIC WAY OF LIFE: The three realms are not separate states but can be a symphonic way of life.

FINAL FRIDAY is a series of working lunches providing 2 hours of CEUs that take place at New Horizons Center for Healing in McKinney from 11:30 to 1:30 on the Final Friday of every month. Sponsored by Heather Carlile, MA, LPC-S and the New Horizons Center for Healing Clinic which was established by Dr. Amir Abbassi in 2013.
