We crave more than just companionship – we long for a deep and meaningful connection that eliminates feelings of loneliness or making do with something that is ok but not satisfying. This program focuses on empowering individuals to overcome their fears and build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, love, and friendship. Through Heather’s proven strategies and expert guidance, we help clients create a loving and passionate home with their best friend, where they can experience the joy and fulfillment they’ve always desired.

Three Game Changers!
Why did we lose the love?
The Love Cocktail is the Teacher—an experience of bliss.
What’s lost? Where did it go?
Why can’t we love like before?
It’s easy but it’s complicated. We now know what’s missing! Why don’t we do this?
THE WORK OF LOVE when the honeymoon is over keeps the love, the attraction and the feelings through the ups and downs and dynamics of human life.
You already know…it was wonderful! Right?
Three Game Changers
Novelty and Creativity is Automatic When We First Find Each Other.
THEN, the ‘work.’ This kind of work just means making priorities, taking time, paying one-on-one attention. That’s usually easy, fun and fulfilling.
BUT…These three can make or break your intimacy.
1. BEST FRIENDS & BUDDIES vs FAMILY & COHORTS
-Family comes first
-His or her hobbies get on separate schedules
-Work friends take precedent
-Take each other for granted.
2. CARING & CHEMISTRY vs PROFESSIONAL PRIORITIES
-Passionate intimacy requires the robust EQ of adults
-Gender needs are different
-Personality styles may differ
-Romance isn’t schooled
3. NOVELTY & CREATIVITY vs NATURAL ENTROPY
-Natural entropy
-Co-parents
-Workaholics
-Tired so no love cocktail
Instead of fear…dare! Try it and see what happens.
Let’s get it back by changing the game!
Designing Intimacy:
Blueprints for Lasting Connection
We need to have a new vision, a new design.
The old ways in the old traditions
were made for another time and another people.
We need new stories we need new understanding that helps us stay true to the ancient and simple truths of goodness:
The simple truths are our ideals, and our roles…the patterns, the archetypes if you will. We need to design new ways of thinking, speaking and relating which are also lifted to the light in the power of kindness.
Darling darlings, we have to go back before the old traditions into the ancient and simple truths that work for all times.
You may have lost faith in the things that you’ve been told about partnership, marriage, intimacy, family and home. Yet, home is the bedrock of humanity. And home is where best friends who are lovers unite in caring connection.
You may have become cynical, sad and maybe even hopeless.
The old ways in the old traditions were made for another time and another people.
And they pretty much don’t work anymore.
And so, again, we ask, “Is this all there is?”
This old one says, “Definitely not, never.”
This is NOT all there is…there’s more than us human beings could ever discover ro create.
But, the old view, the old cultures, don’t suit us today. And they can’t work for us today.
We need to have a new vision, a new design.
There is so much grief, fear, exhaustion and sadness, and, for so many of us, the old ways just can’t make it.
But, we do know how to design it for us today so that we don’t lose the truth of goodness and delight in each other as a couple, in our day-to-day lives and with our talents, children and family.
Yes, life feels so complicated and overwhelming and stressful at times.
But, as you know, when you stop and think, we can design it better. It doesn’t have to be so frantic and full. It doesn’t have to be so perfect and demanding. It doesn’t have to be so irritating and discouraging.
We have learned, now, the costs of being over-busy, perfectionistic and overworked.
And, despite the overwhelming trajectory of current cultures catapulting, farther and farther, in the direction of productivity and success, we can step aside.
We can step aside and let it go past us.
We can step off the tracks, and, indeed, take ‘the road less traveled.’
Some of us take control of our homes and make them light and elegant and beautiful. We’re looking for that simplicity which is such beauty.
Some of us are already designing new ways of thinking and speaking, and relating, which are also lifted to the light in the power of kindness and caring.
For, isn’t it the greatest power? Love? Kindness, generosity, delight, and sense of humor?
Isn’t that temperature, that emotional weather system, beyond the old ways? Where we are sunny, we are singing, we are thanking.
